Read It Before You Eat It
Frustrated with Food Shopping?
Bonnie shows you how to make buying food quicker, easier and healthier.
🍎Food activists often tell you not to eat “processed” food…but not all processed food is alike. Unless you prefer to just chew on a stalk of wheat, if you like bread, you don’t have to avoid the types they sell in stores…you just have to know how to choose the best ones. I can help you do that.
🌽“Gluten-free,” “all natural,” “organic,” and “cage free” are just some of the terms that are sprawled across food labels — but what do they mean? I can help you figure out what those confusing (and sometimes misleading) terms are really saying.
🍇Wouldn’t it be great to save time, money and even calories when you shop? I can give you tips on how to create a shopping list that will do all of that and more!
