A Pear of Aliens!!

Whether it’s picking apples, decorating a pumpkin or running through colorful leaves, the Fall brings together some tasty and fun happenings. 🎃

And I don’t know about you, but for me Fall also meant dressing up and going trick-or-treating with my boys. Half the fun was creating homemade costumes for them and then…sharing some special goodies.

But since my kids are already grown, instead of decorating costumes — I’m playing with my food! This delish pear puree yogurt dip is not a trick but it is a treat! You’ll want to share this snack (that takes no time to make). It’s out of this world! 😉

It’s doesn’t have to be Halloween to enjoy it; it’s scary good!

Try this easy recipe below but…the decorating is up to you! 👻

1 ripe pear – peeled, cored and cut into pieces

1 individual container of Greek yogurt – vanilla or plain (~4-5 ounces)

2 tablespoons of your favorite breakfast cereal

sprinkle of cinnamon

sprinkle of pumpkin spice (optional)

Puree the pear in a food processor until smooth.

Combine pear with the above ingredients and enjoy!

Serving suggestion – cut a fresh fruit into slices and dip into yogurt dip.
